Can you guys give your thoughts on how Floyd Mayweather Jr get on in a match up against Thomas the Hitman Hearns.
I've just been looking at videos of the two of them and as a Huge Floyd fan myself I think Hearns it and absolute freak of nature and would put mayweather asleep.
I dont think Mayweather would be able to deal with hearns and Hearns never had any problems with defensive, technical fights.... Look at the Leonard, Hagler Fight

He would lose. Tommy is too big at 147 + work off a long jab. He might KO Mayweather. More plausible is that Mayweather stays away and loses rds, but survives because Hearns get's tired in the 13, 14th and 15 rd were Floyd may be able to pick up some rds.

......keep in mind Floyd had 20+ fights at 130.....

Floyd wins by decision in a very tough, competitive, bruising encounter.

Skills pay the bills.

And Hearns had the skills. He was never outboxed, ever, and Mayweather certainly doesn't have the power to stop Hearns.

Bit of an unfair fight, because Hearns knocked guys out at cruiserweight and welterweight is Mayweather's limit.
