Joe, someone beating Ruben Rivera (3-6) who has lost 5 of his past six fights is NOT something worth making a thread about.

A more interesting heavyweight result last night was Franklin Lawrence stopping Jason Estrada. Estrada had never been stopped or seriously hurt before, either as a pro or an amateur.

The Bermaine Stiverne 2nd round TKO win over Kersten Manswell (who had a padded record of 20-0) was another more significant one. The hard-punching Haitian-Canadian Stiverne will now receive a ranking by a sanctioning organization.
