I'm not surprised. I was excited for the fight but always figured stylistically, we weren't gonna get a classic (though I expected better than what we got). I thought the fact that it was prime vs prime might just add something but Devon was too nervous, stiff, wasn't committing to his punches, holding, and probably just not good enough.

I don't like to denigrate fighters and call them quitters but Devon pulled a b*tch move yesterday, he definitely wanted a way out. But it wasn't even like he was getting pulverised like Ortiz was against Maidana. No wonder HBO ain't enthusiastic after that farce. He has to earn the goodwill back now.

With regards to Bradley, I don't think his stock has fallen too much, it's another good win on his JWW resume, and he at least tried to make a fight of it. I'm not particularlt a fan of his but the kid is a good fighter, and he versus Khan or Maidana would be tremendous fights.

      There you have it.

      Khan-Bradley coming soon.

      Khan by wide unanimous decision.

      All my points.

i know these are not the "slick african americans" Bhop was talkin about, Pacquiao will destroy BOTH of them within 8 rounds. . Khan will beat Bradley, and Kotelnik beat Alexander worse than Bradley did.

The fight was a stinker and I don't blame either boxer. It was just a horrible clash of styles. I can see where HBO are coming from. Bring on Khan v Bradley. If Bradley wants a tune up, he should fight someone like Lamont Peterson or Paul McCloskey, although they may be a bit dangerous and ruin his massive showdown with Khan.

Tim Bradley tried to tell them countless times that this fight didn't make sense at this point in time. Neither of them are well known enough to draw big viewership or crowds. They should have had another fight or two each and met early next year.

              Oh well.
              Good point, he did too.
