Pontiac, Michigan - Before a crowd of 6,247 at the Silverdome, Timothy Bradley (27-0, 11KOs) won a ten round technical decision over Devon Alexander (21-1, 13KOs) to unify the WBO and WBC junior welterweight titles. The scores were 97-93, 96-95 and 98-93 for Bradley. The fight was stopped early in the tenth round when Alexander, after a clash of heads, said he was unable to see from a damage right eye.

Yeah it was nerves alright. His eye may not have been moving, but the rest of him was shaking. He never got into a rhythm and he didn't know what to do so he took the easy way out. He had his eyes open just fine during that post-fight interview I know that much

The question that will loom for months will now be whether it was real, or did Alexander fake it.

I'm going back and forth with whether he could've continued, but, in the end, you said it best.

alexander over reacted, went in over confident and found it tougher than he thought.

wasnt so sure the eye that stopped it was the clashed eye in the last exchange.

with 2 rounds left, both could have been even and bradley wins anyway.

khan v bradley next(pac wont take khans opponent, cant see floyd or marquez that fussed about bradley fight)

maidana v alexander should be the fight, but alexander wont want i dont think.

He still would've lost by decision.
