The only think I blame on HBO is for overpaying for this fight. That is all. Everything else they were on the money.
Fans really should not care how much boxers are getting paid as long as the fans are getting quality fights like tonight.

I thought it was a good fight for maybe the first 4-5 rounds

some of you was just predetermined to hate this fight no matter what though simply because YOUR FAVORITE fighter wasn't involved lol

these guys deserve credit for actually FIGHT EACH OTHER, you have guys hiding behind promoters too much in todays boxing so for them to actually get in the ring and fight is credit to them

I liked the fight, it was the ending that ruined the fight though

and EVERY COUNTRY OVERRATE THEIR OWN though...EVERYONE!

For all the money they dumped into this fight, they could have at least picked a better venue. Why on earth have it in Michigan when neither fighter is from there? This doesnt make any sense to me. Word is ticket sales were dismal.

Fight wasn't that bad. Are they supposed to predict the future? Boxing would really be in trouble if HBO passed up on a fight like this. Sometimes fights aren't going to be as good. You can say the same for MMA.

And if you take away the ending it's really not a bad fight at all. Pretty back and forth.

              Around 6,500-7,000 fans showed up.

HBO did not pick the venue, it was the promoters who picked the venue. They wanted to have the fight in Devon's hometown, but Bradley said no because Devon got a gift decision.

What if they had the fight in St. Louis and Devon got a draw?

Both guys aren't draws and superstars in the sport. They expected people from St. Louis to drive up to Michigan for the fight.

Why you say of course we should. If they're blowing their budget(remember Alexander now has a guaranteed to fight on HBO next for 7 figures) one fights. Then we as fans suffer because we go months in the middle of the year without fights on HBO because they have to save money to end the year well because they over pay for fights.

Remember last year? When we went months without fights until November came? Because, they're over blowing their budget.

So us fans suffer went we don't get fights no? So why should we not care against if we the one that suffer at the end?

HBO are the big dawgs they do not have to outbid themselves but yet they still do. I'm glad they made this fight but they did over pay. And, now both fighters have a guarantee to have their next fight on HBO(no matter against who mind you) and get paid 7 figures again.

So it's HBO's fault for putting the two best fighters in the division in the ring and get this outcome to the fight?

HBO had no idea how the fight would go. So you can't blame them for what happened and how the fight finished.

HBO gave the fans the fight they asked for and demanded. You guys are making it seem like this was the worst fight in years. I have seen worst fights than this and it wasn't that horrible. Blame Devon for quitting.
