Chavez looks pretty terrible. I bet on him at -2500 odds (risk 25 to win 1) because Mexican judges are such blatant cheaters. He looks terrible right now. I haven't seen the previous rounds though. I may need a robbery, which I am 100% sure will happen anyway.

I am not fluent in Spanish, but just heard the announcer say someone had it 67-65 Chavez.

Lyell looks very game. He outworked Chavez last round. He is timing Chavez with overhand rights. Both men are landing cleanly.

Lyell has a bleeding cut over his left eye and his nose is swollen. His face is ****** up. Chavez's face is unmarked.

From what I saw of round 8, I would have given Lyell round 8.

Chavez was controlling round 9 but then got the bright idea to showboat by putting his hands at his side and swaying back and forth, as if he has good head movement (he doesn't). Maybe he was tired and looking for a break. Lyell spanked him with a hard right and a left. From that point on Lyell had control of the round and landed many clean punches. I am talking about the kind of punches that visibly send sweat flying.

I missed the first half of the fight, but from what I saw 99-92 was flat out impossible.

Chavez will get murdered by anyone legit at 154-160. I am actually shocked he handled Duddy so easily.
