Its Ok for Ortiz to quit in the middle of a fight because he was not elite.
Its ok for Mexicans to take a knee because its not a real knee.
Its Ok for some other Mexicans to take a knee because they are not elite fighters,
and finally the knee or the quit dont count unless its a "Rican" causing the "knee" or "quit" or "stool quit".
