      Because fighters campaign at the weight they are comfortable at. Those fighters don't go down a weight class because the only way to go is up, they won't find themselves in a situation where they can't gain an extra 10lb to come near the limit.

      Fighters do find that they struggle to lose the extra pounds to campaign in a weight class they were once comfortable in which is why they move up weight.

                    Its not hard to do if you have spare fats to lose. Its just like Judah he cant get or win fights in 147 so he decided to go down.
