bradley is a monster who is ready to die in the ring if necessary. Alexander needs some space to work, Tim is an inside fighter.......the writing is on the wall. I like Alexander's skill and attitude but he will crumble when that adversity level starts to rise too far out of his comfort zone.
The Kotelnik fight was the first time that he had really been tested in a fight and he barely survived... with the assistance of the judges of course. Bradley's pressure is going to be twice as much as Kotelnik's and Bradley's movement is 3 times better than Kotelnik's is....he is going to fall to pieces in there by mid rds (5-8)Comment

Sad to say, this is supposed to be a boxing "superfight" to crown a new American star, and they've only sold about 4000 seats in a gigantic stadium.
The general sports fan doesn't care about these two guys one iota.
And even sadder, one of the participants got shellacked in his last fight by a European and got a gift decision.
Makes it hard to get very enthused about the whole thing -- it will just be used by boxing's enemies as further proof that the sport is dead.
well whos bright idea was it to put the fight on in Detroit?
the economy is shiiit up there, and have you ever been to detroit?
i have once, and i will never again, horrible city.
why didnt they have this in Atlantic City or vegas or a venue with some type
of a fight atmosphere?Comment

I've been to Detroit many times -- it was a great city at one time, but it is a burnt-out shell now.
You'd never know it was called the "Paris of the Midwest" years ago.
The fight isn't really in Detroit, Silverdome is a long way from the city.Comment
