We meaning HBO, meaning the sides never had direct talks with each other. to me that is not negotiations and means they didn't get far.

They obvious never met Floyd's demands then and were only willing to go so far, thus it was always a non starter. That is not one side was willing, that is one side wanted to appear willing.

I saw a video with Manny agreeing with everything even saying that he will take a test in the 6th round.....that is what you call compromising but now Floyd wants Full vacation.

Floyd said on that article/interview, that nobody reach out. But the fact is HBO/Greenburg was trying to reach out to Floyd. HBO doesn't have to contact Mayweather directly, it can be to his management/Al Haymon. But what did Floyd do, absolutely nothing. Remember when HBO/Greenburg stories was going on around May, Floyd was quiet.
