After Tito beat Oscar he immediately moved up to 154.

Was he not able to make 147 anymore?

I do know that if shane were to get by winky, tito was next in line. But shane was not at his peak

Not sure if it was that or just feeling he'd done what important work needed to be done there. He had a long run as IBF champ before Oscar so he may have outgrown the weight.

Of course he could be he dominated everyone at WW, why stay, bigger fights at higher weights. Also Tito would have stayed at 147lbs had Oscar wanted to rematch.

Translation: Winky was better than Shane and kicked his ass. Twice.

They should have fought right after shane beat oscar the first time. Both were undefeated, would have been a war
