No, he is a brawler, which isn't an insult. Some of the best fighters of all time have been brawlers.

I spoke up on that yesterday as well. Shane can counter, as thats a part of boxing but to say he's a natural counter puncher is way off.Comment

True, I'm no Celtics fan trust, but I think the Celtics are too tough for the Heat. D-Rose is no joke and the Bulls are my sleeper pick in the east.Originally posted by Rabbit ?That's a big if. You know you're team is old as fuck when you have Shaq, KG, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Jermaine O'neal, and your best player is Rajon "I can't shoot for shit" Rondo.

seems to me these more accurate than a brawler...brawlers are low level figthers to me..maybe thats the problem..these are my levels..
but flat out call Mosley a brawler is just ridiculous..it looks like to you guys a good/great offensive fighter = brawler which is not the case...Comment

I wouldn't underestimate them. Paul Pierce is arguably the second best clutch player in the league. He has proven to be unmatchable against Wade and LeBron, and torched them mostly every time. Bottom line, defense and rebound wins championships, and Celtics are one of the top best defensive teams in the league.Originally posted by Rabbit ♠That's a big if. Shane is the classic boxer puncher. He uses his solid boxing fundamentals base like jab, footwork, to set up the big right, or left hook.Comment

Vernon Forrest described Shane as a counter puncher who disguises it by coming forwards, that was back when Shane was on topComment
