WBO/IBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko was delighted to hear the news that Manny Pacquiao's upcoming May 7 pay-per-view fight with Shane Mosley was taken away from HBO and brought to CBS/Showtime. The Klitschko have had their own problems with HBO. The network has refused to carry the majority of their fights for the last couple of years. Wladimir has not appeared on the network since December 2008 when he knocked out Hasim Rahman. Older brother Vitali Klitschko, the WBC champion, last appeared on HBO in September 2009 when he knocked out Chris Arreola.

HBO is losing there minds if they let The Heavyweight Champions Of The World go to ESPN or Showtime but a Great Gain For Showtime.

HBO has a history of paying their face fighters to beat up on bums. Mayweather, Gatti, DLH, Hopkins, hell anyone you name from recent history fought plenty of "bums" on HBO.
In fact in the competition of making good fights rather then star attractions Showtime had been miles ahead for a long while

If this helps boxing in the long run then I'm all for it but i don't think it will. No one can pull this off except Manny and Mayweather and that's it. The Klitschkos are champs but they need to try to market themselves to the American audience. Maybe thats why they get zero respect.
