Floyd already said yes a long time ago. All Pac has to do is take the tests. And yet people are still blaming this on Floyd this is almost laughable. The hate Floyd gets has never been seen before in boxing.

I think he wants the fight like everybody else. He knows if there isn't drug testing like Floyd proposed there will be no fight. It's that simple.
