Hell of a fight. I don't give Tomasz a shot but I will be excited to view this fight anyway. Tomasz could have attempted to fight David Haye, but instead he's taking the most difficult challenge like a warrior.

HBO has already comitted to it's telecast, correct?

Ukraine vs Poland! War Eastern Europe!

what does the above mean??,wlad swore to doing april then july 2nd and then september,no problems for him with this???.now thet leave this strange answer.
No he didn't. He only went ahead with the Adamek negotiations after Haye said he wouldn't bother fighting Wlad if Wlad went ahead with the Chisora fight, which in turn would force him to face Chagaev (yeah, that sure happened).

I've been a big defender of Haye on here, but if he goes ahead with the Mormek fight and closes out his career without facing one of the Klitschko or at least Povetkin I will become one of his biggest haters. He has a ton of talent and is entering his prime, it's no time to retire.

No, they thought Adamek would probably beat Peter.

But because Sam is a strong puncher, there's a certain amount of risk. Peter always has a punchers' chance.

It would be ****** to take a risk like that for a small payday and lose the several million dollars Adamek will receive for the fight with a Klitschko.

Kathy Duva tried to contact Adam Booth about a fight with Haye some weeks ago, but he ignored her phone calls.

But it's worked out for the best. Tomasz will receive a better payday in Poland fighting a Klitschko.

Bonte and the Klitschkos want Showtime instead of HBO, they were offended when HBO refused to show Wlad-Peter for the small cost of $250,000.

Official statements? About the Adamek-Klitschko fight?

It's being reported by boxingscene, fight news, and ESPN that Tomasz has signed.

Man, eventually I'm going to have to cut my losses on Haye. Ugh.

As for HBO: As I remember Wlad swore he would never fight on HBO again, and would intentionally keep Klitschko/Haye off HBO because they went back on their agreement to televise Wlad/Povetkin (before Povetkin pulled out). Wlad moved the date of the Povetkin fight up a week to satisfy HBO and potentially lost a ****load of money, then they backed out.

But then Povetkin backed out, so I wasn't sure if he would stand by what he had earlier said.

As interesting as this HBO vs Showtime thing is, I think i'd rather see this one on HBO. Either way this is what we need.... an excellent heavyweight fight.
