If you looks a John's career as a whole his **** is not too impressive. He hasn't been in America looking to take on the toughest challenges, though at the same time he came to America to face Juarez a second time after getting screwed and also went to Japan to face an undefeated Enoki.
Basically he's a slightly more accomplished Calzaghe in terms of risks/accomplishments. You don't see him looking to face the Gamboas and Lopezs every single fight, but on occasion you might see him in a challenging matchup. At this stage in his career with a record like his, he's probably more interested in stacking the wins in Indonesia and retaining the undefeated status.
As for the Marquez fight: Didn't score individual rounds, but I had Marquez/John a close fight. You gotta win decisively to pick up the champ's strap in his backyard

I have Juanma #1 at 126, in 2010 alone he KO'd 3 top 10 fighters at 126. Just in 2010, who did John beat in lone 2010 fight?
Then he only has one win in 2009.
Again just one year alone Juanma has done more than John has in the last 2 years combine.Comment

He hasn't been anywhere near active enough for me to say he's the best at 126 anymore. Both Lopez and Gamboa probably beat him now.Comment
