come he wanted a 3rd Marquez fight at 147? Did Manny vacate
his title yet before he went back down to 147? If not, then why

Martinez had a good year so I think he deserved the award this year. But to say that he took the more dangerous fight is bogus. PAC fought guys much bigger than him so it's much riskier.
