Spinks resume isn't that great. Ali and Holmes were both old.

Outside of that, who else is on there that's so great? He had 30 fights as a pro?

JMM's almost at 60 fights.

Jack, Michael Spinks never fought Ali. That was Leon Spinks.

And, Michael Spinks was the best LHW in one of the best LHW era's of all time. IMO he is a top 5 ATG at LHW.

Then he went up to HW to best the lineal champ in Holmes. You can say Holmes was old at the time. But, that was considered an upset at the time. And, then Holmes went on to beat an undefeated Ray Mercer years after the Spinks fight.

The Holmes win x2> Casamayor and Barrera wins that JMM has against past prime fighters.

Spinks also has wins at LHW against Qawi, Eddie Mustafa, 2 wins better than JMM best wins.

Spinks is greater than JMM. JMM hasn't had a run at any point in his career. Like the run Spinks had at LHW. It took a beast in the peak of his prime in Mike Tyson to derail Michael Spinks.

Marquez bros are the most even combination, Wlad is a HOFer and Vitali shouldn't be imo and I think the fact they are brothers and the paper title has made Vitali overrated. Theres a huge disparity in the greatness between Spinks brothers, Michael is a damn great ATG and the best out of everyone mentiond by a long way, and Leon well Leon is Leon.
