    Hbo did the right thing,IMO.

What the **** is Arum talking about, taking boxing back from the networks??Really dude, how,by taking ur ppv somewhere else??So basically he's saying he's gonna take his ppv fights from hbo & go put his ppv fights on showtime,ha,that ****er ain't fooling me.

Let me see,Khan-Maidana & now Alexander-Bradley,network hbo,no ppv.Are better than the 3-peat,Pacman-Clottey,Margarito & now Mosley ppv.Yup,that's right I said it.Take a hard stance with Martinez, but if that hard stance brings forth Martinez-Dzinziruk,then so be it.(As long as that **** ain't ppv).

Donaire-Montiel,network hbo??Oh yeah,I can dig it,sign me up!!Now all hbo gotta do,is find a way to get Berto to step up,or **** off.

I respect Cotto, but his Clottey & Freman fights were indeed network hbo.I don't see how Mayorga & him are worthy of ppv,I really don't.If U asked me,HBO are doing the smart thing, get them good matchups without the ppv price, that's what showtime has been doing for forever & that's why I've always said they were better.

Regardless of the story behind this current drama, i hope both HBO and Showtime the best. When competition is fierce, its the customers who benefit the most.

If this Pac/Mosley fight with showtime would do well, then HBO will be FORCED to give boxing fans better fights right? Which in turn would also make showtime think of even better fights themselves.

          What ever,Khan-Maidan & Alexander-Bradley are better matchups than Mosley-Pacman & Cotto-Mayorga,without ppv pricing.

What exactly are U referring to??I hope to heaven it isn't arum taking his unworthy ppv from hbo to showtime, cause that'll just be lame. Now if u mean hbo ridding itself of ****** ppv mismatches & putting together better matches like showtime has been doing,I'm entitled to agree.

Well, that simply means that HBO is doing something good for you. I'm hoping that showtime's success would force HBO to set up even better matches in the future.

It is never a good thing when one company owns a monopoly over a particular market.

What HBO did was indeed a good thing. But it wasn't good for HBO, it was good for the boxing fans since in the long run, this could lead to a matching war between HBO and Showtime.

Who knows? It might even hasten the Pac/Floyd fight indirectly. (i know, i know, its a long shot.. but i'm an optimist)
