Nevertheless, yes Floyd has specific gifts that he was born with, such as his reflexes, and physical gifts, which Pacquiao was born with as well. Both fighters LEARNED their craft, as one cannot simply be born, and know boxing. However, Mayweather was born into boxing, whereas Pacquiao was forced into boxing, as a result of the poverty present in the philiphines. May had world class boxing trainers as his family members, and has a strong work ethic, which has allowed him to perfect the art of boxing.

You can be born into boxing, and know all there is to know about the sweet science, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will have sucess in the ring. There's a difference between knowledge, and an application of such knowledge.
