Just cause you're lame ass sits at home all day watching two and a half men and how i met your mother and other lame shows. Doesn't mean pacquiao-mosley will be a huge success. It's a bull**** fight and I don't care what tv network promotes it. It doesn't change the fact.

I don't watch those shows dummy, only white people do.

      I agree, it's a bull***** fight.

but once CBS starts doing it's fightcamp 360 for the fight and putting it after their cop dramas and sitcoms, the fight is gonna blow up from mad exposure. you're just too ****** to realize that.

What sport is CBS showing in April just curious~ well after the first week of April anyways (Masters and the Final Four).

To me if CBS isn't showing any good sports there is a limit on what they can do, you might get some extra people by doing advertising during sitcoms/drama since they are highly viewed but it would be a lot easier to convince somebody to buy who is already watching sports.

Actually they're about equal, judging by Mosley's recent piss poor performance against a very average Mora and his deteriorating condition.

Can you imagine a 24/7 with Pacquiao and Mosley? Very entertaining inside the ring but incredibly dull outside of it.

Cotto-Mayorga? Maybe, but Pacquiao-Mosley? HBO would kill to get this event. You're a bit misguided my friend...

Meaningless fight and yet the networks are climbing over each other to get the fight? ... That is called business. This fight will sell and make nice profit$$$ for them.

                Lol!

True, true! I guess this fight is only meaningless to people who don't like the match. But its significant enough for major networks to have to fight for it.

warm reception of showtime? I've seen all of tysons fights and believe me nobody was a bigger tyson basher, deserved and undeserved, than that crumedgeon ferdie pacheco on showtime. larry merchent didnt show any bias against or toward tyson. but that pacheco guy gets on my nerves everytime i watch an old fight and i have to hear his commentary

                    I concur...

Some of the peeps on here thinks they run boxing, that if it not for them, boxing would be dead by now! LMAO!!! Prime example would be the Pacquiao-Margarito fight. They tried to boycott it hard, more than 1.1M buys; Bradley-Alexander, a match made in heaven and everyone here just had an ****** when it was announced, how many tickets sold so far? A lousy 400 tix sold with just a week to go...

HBO didn't "do the right thing". HBO's job is to hype and broadcast the fights to seem as important, special, and exciting as possible, not cherry pick fights that are entertaining and sell themselves. they are doing boxing a disservice, and they werent always like this. HBO in the 90's was absolutely great it made me a fan. The 24/7's they do nowadays are somew of the best stuff ive ever seen so im not knocking that. but HBO's lineup of fighters and fights at this very moment as as dull and unmarketable as they have ever been since ive been watching boxing.
