Cotto to his credit isn't a clincher. But even though it isn't in this thread in particular I've heard Merchant say the same exact thing about Cotto praising him for boxing against Mosley when in reality he ran and back peddled. And Mayweather beat Shane in way more exciting and braver fashion even if it was an older version. But Merchant never gives Floyd or Hopkins for that matter credit for anything because he hates black fighters. That was the point I was making and it's true.

Cotto did not run from Mosley. He exchanged and out boxed him for the majority of the rounds. He did take 1 or 2 rounds off, just finish stronger in the championship round (11-12) which gave him the victory as it was a good close fight.

Watch the fight again, make beleive it is not Cotto, or think about him as one of your own and then you will say he made a great fight.

You hate soo much Cotto that it wont matter if his pants are green, you will say they pink!!!!

That because Cotto fought Mosley when he was 34-35ish he was still a big threat. When Mayweather beat him Mosley was 37-38. He looked very old and gased afeter 2nd round that was not the same Mosley that fought Cotto. If same Mosley that fought Cotto that night May would been K.O. duting yhe 2nd round

I met him for the first time outside the Garden going in to see Cotto-Foreman and I asked him what his prediction was...he said Foreman by UD that Cotto was basically shot LOL nice turnaround Captain Hindsight
