And if Floyd wanted a way out of that fight, he would not have accepted it.
And he especially would not have accepted 50/50, and I think you know that
Team Pacquiao gave a total of 6 ridiculous excuses as to why Manny would not submit to random blood tests, which is a fkn joke.
Requiring 6 different excuses means that none of them were genuine, they just didn't want to take random blood tests, it's as simple as that......
JB, which one of those 6 ridiculous excuses did you believe ?
Waiting.....

" Mayweather and Pacquiao tried to put together a March fight, but the proposal collapsed last winter over a disagreement regarding drug testing.
Mayweather wants all his future opponents to submit to random, Olympic-style blood and urine testing. Pacquiao refused. A compromise failed to reach fruition when Mayweather said he would allow a cutoff of blood testing 14 days before the fight, while Pacquiao insisted on a cutoff 24 days before the fight "

Vargas was been ****ed up by drug test.. but difinitely not the Olympic style blood testing! So why need the USADA style blood test for Pac? And Vargas is surely not following this Pac-Floyd development.. Pac has agreed to what Floyd demanded during the 2nd negotiation particularly for the blood testing method to be used just to make the fight in behalf of the public clamor, and Pac even said that he will agree too to be tested even in the middle of the bout! So far, Floydie did not answer this

The clock was too much in my opinion. looked like it was made
to take some heat off of Pac for blowing the first negotiations.
How can Pac be willing to take the tests, when he told Amir Kahn
that he is not mentally ready to have his blood taking up to the
fight? So tell me, how can he now be willing to take the tests in
the middle of the bout? Pac has been back sliding and slipping
around like snake in a wet suit.

Leonard Ellerbe, one of Mayweather's advisors, then issued a bizarre statement claiming no negotiations ever took place. That was corroborated by Richard Schaefer and Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions, with which Mayweather is affiliated.
Now Greenburg releases a short statement on Monday evening saying he did in fact act as a go-between in negotiations with the two sides. The statement:
“Fights like Mayweather vs. Pacquiao are significant because of these fighters’ ability to connect with sports fans around the world. It’s unfortunate that it won’t happen in 2010. I had been negotiating with a representative from each side since May 2nd, carefully trying to put the fight together. Hopefully, someday this fight will happen. Sports fans deserve it.”
