Well.. all he is saying is taht there should be testing but not too close to teh fight.

That's exactly what Pac wants.

USADA will not test them 48 hours before the fight unless its testers smell something fishy enough for them to have eyes on the back of their heads. 48 hours is plenty of time, if they're lucky, they might get more cutoff days window.

I agree with Vargas, he understand Manny's and Floyd's point of view, but the urine test in most states are ridiculous. And if urine test are so effective, How they cannot catch Shane Mosley after his rematch with De la Hoya??? For the safety of the fighters, boxing need urine AND blood testing.

I want both Pac and Mayweather to do the tests so the fight can finally get made, then afterwards, increase the standard of drug testing for every fight in boxing. It should be the same for every fight so there will be no complaints in the future.

I'm 100% sure that floyd will find another excuse since pac already agree to the test, my guess is that floyd will demand a 60-40 money split in his favor. Lol
