a "real boxing fan" is anyone who would describe themselves as a boxing fan.

I think some of you guys are confusing "real" and "hardcore".

Earlier than that, it is terrible to know outcomes like that though it drains a lot of excitement out of the sport.

When your in the Dominican Republic on vacation while Shane Mosley and Margarito are about to fight and your angrily walking back and forth on the resort asking everyone where the boxing match will be televised and they all look at you like your ******. Like they never heard of boxing. Some responding, "bess ball"...NOOOOO!!!

So you finally stay up late watching the ESPN ticker for the news, and see round 1 mosley, round 2 Mosley, Round 3 Mosley and you know the rest.

You make an effort to watch the sport even if it's not fighters your interested in. You don't just look at the world title scene but across the width and depth of the sport, with an interest in domestic level fighters, prospects and world champions. You know a little bit of history and can look at things objectively with out being offended when someone questions what you say as long as they can give a reason for their point of view.

Apparently TS is making a case for *****s and *******s being real boxing fans (LoL). I hope these low standards don't apply in your life too.

This is the kind of stuff that scares me about *******s. I know many obsessed boxing fans who are blinded by their favorite fighters "greatness" but these *******s take it to another level.

The Bible -Exodus 20:3 "You must not have any other god but me".....not even playing around.
Errrrrr i think you have problems comprehending english, that statement means Pac's power comes from God, not he is God. FFS you are the kind of "boxing fan" that thinks they are superior to other boxing fans because you think you have some profound knowledge of the sport. It's guys like you who are detrimental to every other fan out there just looking to have fun with things.

I think based on the posted quoted here, we can add another point to the criteria of being a "true boxing fan"

                      5. Thinking that you are superior in you own mind over other fans because you have no life other than boxing
