Which fighter will make the best trainer after their career?

I was sitting up thinkin who would I want my son trained by? My favorite boxer is Floyd but I dont think he would make a good trainer. My list came down to Kessler and Donaire. They just have the dimeanor I would look for. Their not the most talented but smart enough to compensate. Who would you pick?

Hopkins. I think it's a crime if Hopkins never takes at least one fighter on to train. Not just a couple tips here and there, fully involved with someone's career.

I always think Ryan Rhodes would be a great trainer but he is a British veteran fighter (might get a title shot) - not sure if he's that well known stateside.

You guys think Juan Manuel Marquez would make a good trainer? As long as he wouldn't make his pupils drink their own urine, I think he could become a good one.

Paulie malignaggi, he's vocal, hes competitive, he can teach heart, but also fundamentals, you give him a fighter with a chin and some hands and I think he could make him pretty good, plus he's be the Roach type of manager always out in front of his fighter taking the shots int he media for his fighter.
