It's not really a ducking because Prescott is not good enough to fight for a world-title.

I'd still like to see it though.

But if you see the pattern of fighters they are trying to get they all have low pct KO records
yeah Maidana was rated with no KO power.....

It's a blatant duck without a doubt. Prescott scares him silly.

Khan will only face one puncher every 2 years.

It's in his Golden Boy contract.

              Yes, but Paul McCloskey is.

Fighters lose on the way up. Nothing new. They're not obligated to go back and clean up those messes after the fact. I wouldn't mind this rematch at all. But it's hardly a must, certainly not one you can call a duck on Khan's part if it doesn't happen.

If Prescott did well on his own after his KO win against Khan this would have been an interesting rematch. Now, it appears that Breidis is merely looking for another chance to be put on the boxing map again. It would be a boring match if it happens, anyway. Khan would not be expected to trade punches with Prescott and do the same thing he did in his fight with Maidana, which is to run around and land few combos in between.

Boxing doesn't need fights like these just to please a few fans. It's already suffering from lack of exposure. It's pathetic. You have to wait weeks and months to see decent fights. There's too much politics going on behind it. Even then most boxing fans would just stream it and not pay for it.

Well he was basically almost forced to fight Maidana. But I mean the opponent they are trying to pick. You are blind if you can't see it

How does one duck an underskilled brawler with a big punch by fighting a highly skilled brawler with an even bigger punch?
