Is There a Big Difference Between Marg/Cotto II & Khan/Prescott II?

There is no excuse for not avenging a 1st round KO loss, unless the fighter that beat you died, god forbid.buster douglas looked awesome against mike tyson which was the only fight he ever looked awesome in his entire career.
personally I don't care who khan fights next it's going to be a softer touch considering bradley-alexander-jmm are in line but to say prescott is the only option or khan must rematch prescott is nonsense. McCloskey was a much better option for khan than prescott and there are many others that should rank higher than prescott.
I don't oppose it, just think there are better fights for khan.
also the comparison with margarito is weak as margarito was a star and legit champ, working his way up fighting quality opponents for many years. Again khan literally is a one hit wonder.Comment

Who wouldn't like to see that rematch?
Why wouldn't a champion want to avenge their loss?
I think the difference between Khan/Prescott II and Cotto/Margarito II is that Khan would win his fight, while Cotto would lose again.
....but Khan can't win if he's too scared to get in that ring. He says that 135 killed him, made him weak, ect. Well, Prescotts willing to rematch him at 140, so whats up??Comment

A lot of these same Khan nutthuggers were nowhere to be found before. Honestly I don't know how you can be proud of a guy who runs from Prescott and will probably avoid a rematch with Maidana as well. Then these same people turn around and say Kotelnick deserves a rematch. What a bunch of clowns. At least you haven't heard Alexander say he won't rematch Kotelnick down the road.Comment

Mayweather won a close decision against Castillo and still gave him a rematch to erase any doubt against his critics and beat Castillo clearly in the rematch.
Williams lost a decision to Quintana, took up the rematch right away and knocked him out in 1 round.
J Taylor got brutally TKO'ed against Pavlik, triggered his rematch clause right away.
These are the fighters I like. Why can't all fighters take avenging a loss more serious. Forget the excuses, avenge your god damn loss.Comment

I like this guy, plain simple & to the point, the only thing left to ask is then why is Cotto gonna fight Margarito again should he beat Mayorga, but Khan can't pick up Prescott on his radar, kind weird,no??Who wouldn't like to see that rematch?

why not? did pacquiao avenge his KO losses? did mike tyson avenge his KO loss to douglas? etc etc etc. Or did douglas look like complete ass when tyson came back and there was no point anymore?
like I said, I really don't care it's going to be a soft touch regardless if it's prescott or not and in the UK so whatever, have a wipe out tune up fight. McCloskey would have been a decent match at least.Comment
