Is There a Big Difference Between Marg/Cotto II & Khan/Prescott II?

So I see people being perfectly fine with a Margarito-Cotto II fight[which i'd love to see also].

But not every one is excited about a Khan-Prescott II fight[which I am].

They say Prescott has not looked good since his win over Khan, and that Khan has improved and would beat him easily now.

Well Margarito, after his loss to Cotto, got badly knocked out by Mosley, suspended for a whole year, decisioned a journeyman, and got the crap beat out of him by Pacquiao.

While Prescott has lost 2 decisions and overall has had 5 fights and won 3 after beating Khan. He still hasn't been stopped at all.


Also Prescott wants the Khan rematch as well.

Some lesser fighters just have a better fighters number. Best example in recent years was Mayorga beating Foresst twice. Why doesn't Khan show his fans that Prescott doesn't have his number, by fighting him again and beating him?

buster douglas looked awesome against mike tyson which was the only fight he ever looked awesome in his entire career.

personally I don't care who khan fights next it's going to be a softer touch considering bradley-alexander-jmm are in line but to say prescott is the only option or khan must rematch prescott is nonsense. McCloskey was a much better option for khan than prescott and there are many others that should rank higher than prescott.

I don't oppose it, just think there are better fights for khan.

also the comparison with margarito is weak as margarito was a star and legit champ, working his way up fighting quality opponents for many years. Again khan literally is a one hit wonder.
