He was ordered to fight Zbik next. So I think they are within their rights to do it. Even if they weren't, who's going to stop them? They do as they please. All the organizations are a joke, the boxer makes the belt, not the other way around.

if WBC wanted martinez to be able to float around and fight whoever he wants, why would they do that before martinez/dzinziruk? why not after?
