Devon isn't legit, he clearly lost to Kotelnik but the crooked judges saved him. Ward has crooked home referees who allow him to cheat.

Anyone who wins vacant belts or wins titles at catchweights.

That's not good enough of a reason.

If you're going to put Ward on this list, than hometown protected Lucian Bute who hasn't beaten anybody worth a damn, should be on that list too.

Vacant belts can get a pass as long as it's between 2 top fighters within the weight class though.

Bute draws 16,000 to 20,000 fans.

Ward had a small crowd of about 3,000 for his last fight.

Bute fight at home because no where else would the fight draw such huge crowds.

Ward fights at home because he needs the crooked home referees to permit him to cheat (headbutt, hit on the break, hit while holding, etc).

                  Again not good enough.

I don't know what your personal criteria is for Paper Champ but Bute despite the big sell out crowds didn't beat anybody worth talking about.

                  Ward did.

SO if Ward is on that list, so should Bute. Either put both of them up for a vote or neither. That's if you wanna be fair and balanced. But if you wanna carry out some personal agenda of yours, then carry on.

And don't even get me started on Bute basically getting Ko'd by Andrade and that that Ref saving him. Since you talk about cheating ref's.

                    Clutching at straws.

You're absolutely right about that, totally forgot.

                      Ward is legit.
