Comments Thread For: Denis Boytsov Hopes To Heal Injured Right Hand By May

Top Russian heavyweight boxer Denis Boytsov (28-0, 23KOs) is hoping to resolve his right hand issues by the month of May. Boytsov was struggling with his right hand and had surgery to correct the problem. He took several months off and returned in November to stop Mike Sheppard in two rounds. The right hand issues continued to linger. He was forced to have a second surgery in December. He tells Soviet Sport that he hopes the injured hand will fully heal by May. Boytsov is the number two contender in the WBA's rankings.

Gayevid will find a way to duck Boytsov if his had does heal, if hears that his hand is giving him problems, he'll fight him.

Hopefully Boytsov can resolve his hand problems and can back into the mix; he's one of the more promising hw prospects in recent years...

Boytsov has a great ring entrance, with the German AC/DC-sounding band's music. He has a ton of 'tude.

Booth has to hold Haye's hand whenever Boytsov's name is mentioned, as David gets a case of the nerves and starts shaking.

lol,In all truth you all know Haye would knock out any of these "contenders" with ease.

How do we know this? Certainly not based on anything he's done to this point as a heavyweight.

Haye watched this youtube clip and hid under his bed!

I like his mittwork at the end of this clip where he just about shatter's the trainer's hand:

ive been watching heavyweight boxing for going on 22 years & what he did to ruiz was pretty impressive.ruiz was 37 but i havent seen him get dominated too many times.i own most of his fights.toney & tua are the only 2 guys other then haye that has dominated ruiz & his huggybear style.beating ruiz is a pretty big accomplishment.2 time world champion who beat some good names.the haye haters will always disagree but beating barrett, harrison.valuev,& ruiz is not a bad 4 pack....its better then anything vitali has done in his entire career.vitali has wins over who? danny williams, kirk johnson, corrie sanders, sosnowski, kingpin, gomez, donald, peter, brigg s.....john ruiz beats ALL these guys.valuev could beat all these guys.barrett could beat some off these guys.my point is haye HAS accomplished alot at heavyweight already.vitali & haye both have 2 wins over former world champions....sanders was not world champ when he beat wlad.wbo wasnt recognized then.vitali is 2-2 vs world champs while haye is 2-0.small numbers but true #s...ill take hayes wins over barrett, ruiz, valuev over anybody vitali has fought.we are talking wins not could have or he was winning crap!!!!results are results...haye has done more boxing then vitali ever will...

If Denis Boytsov hand heels would like to see him return against a lesser fighter then would like to see Boytsov get a title shot in early 2012 against David Haye if Haye doesn't retire in October.

A healthy Denis Boystov would easily KO David "The Gayemaker" Haye.
