In terms of legacy I think It would be a good idea for Khan to go back and face his old nemesis.
However, the original fight with Prescott was on Khan's debut Sky Box Office PPV and it was a huge embarrassment for him and them. I don't think the people at Sky would want him to face Prescott again and risk a repeat of that happening.

A fight with McCloskey will be a better test of his skills and whats needed to stretch his ability in terms of learning. Prescott won't do that.
