neither of these fighters are "Slick" so WTF are people on that site talking about

the ignorance of todays boxing fans is EMBARRASSING

and this fight should have been in St. Louis though, they got a great turnout for the Alexander vs Kotelnik fight

I always thought this fight was TOO SOON, both should have went after those Golden Boy 140 lbs fighters...then down the line fight each other, that is what Bradley wanted to do but people kept saying "he is ducking Alexander"

I think both fighters, their managers and promoters probably was reading these Forums too much and pushed for this fight TOO SOON, would have been bigger 1-2 years from now instead of a few weeks from now...but both can make a name for themselves if it is a GREAT FIGHT

It's in a suburb of Detroit, which has been hit HARD with a bad economy. I don't know why the **** they are putting the fight there!

It's so sad that boxing has come to this, the dumps and barely breathing unless it's a Pacquiao or a Mayweather fight. Two great and young undefeated boxers fighting for all the marbles and nobody seems to care?

I guess Bob Arum was right all along. He doesn't give a **** about the hardcore boxing fans who only wants quality fights because there's no money to be had. He would rather cater to the die hard fans of the boxers under his stable who doesn't care who they fight, and the ever reliable casual fans, who diligently buys names who's famously recognizable, not the fight or the match-up itself...
