How many times a year would they have to defend? More than twice a year?

Well then every fighter would get stripped I guess. And, we will no good champs.

You not taking a lot of stuff in account in your propose deal. You not taking money, tv dates, what about if an injury happens? How would that work with the PPV situation? is like fantasy not really realistic. Is not "simple ****"

      1 belt per division

this belt costs the fighter no money from their purses

an independent ranking system that ranks the top 10 contenders in each division. if you don't fight for a year you are dropped and if you don't keep fighting tough competition you can be dropped. ultimate goal is to fight your way to a mandatory spot.

champion of division must fight someone in the top 10 or is immediately stripped. exception if champion moves up 1 weight class to fight the champion of that division or if champion from weight class below moves up to fight him.

mandatory for the champion will take place between the number 1 and 2 ranked contenders(or highest possible contender)

champion must face the mandatory once a year. this way the mandatory is also the best contender in the division and the champion can't duck them. no more pac-floyd, gamboa-lopez nonsense.

obviously this system only works if the networks get behind it. hopefully they focus on showing the best fighters in each division instead of their own crop of pretenders. this way the best fighters become stars as opposed to the networks trying to create their own stars like berto. if they get on board the best fights will become the biggest money fights so nobody will have to duck unless its out of fear.

        Its easy.

All boxers have to take the Barrera approach when he was at FW and reject the organizations. Drop those belts in the dumpster where they belong and fight for the title of Peoples Champion.

4 times a year minimun. If you fail to comply you get stripped, get lowered in the rankings and by definition get less money due to being ranked lower. If you are injure you will have to go to the commissions doctor staff and if it is a legit injury you will be striped but as soon as you heal you will be entitle to a tune up and then the current champ will have to fight you next.

TV dates will be work off by the commisions, the venues and the money split could be work off by the promoters in a certai time if not go to a pursue bid, like they do now a days.

Like I said is simple, is just that people are willing or afraid to do it

No is not that simple. Again is fantasy not reality.

Fighters like Floyd or Pac are not going to take less money cuz' they are lower in the rankings against a fighter who is not a draw like them. Nobody will force Floyd nor Pac to fight 4 times a year. And, they will not be paid less money than a joe blow.

Your system is damn near impossible to really work.

That is pretty much it, if ppl stop caring and glorifying a fighter because he has a make believe title especially when there is a real champ already in the division and the fighters won't pay to hold them, then they go away.

Either they apply to the rules or not fight and get the **** out of our sport. Simple as that. We need to follow in the foot steps of the NLF and Nba.

Ofcourse the PPV buys or seat money should be split to the bigger draw, but the guaranteed money should and could be controlled by a unilateral commision.
