    Willie Pep The G.O.A.T Featherweight?

Pep had a pro-record of 229-11-1 so he has more than 5 times the number of fights than Floyd almost 5 times more than Manny, and his pro career stretches over 25 years! The man ranks in the top 10 fighters of the last 80 years!

I'm just wondering because we all know how good Floyds defense is,certainly great, but many refer to Pep aka Willo da Wisp as the greatest defensive fighter of all time, even according to Ring magazine. He fought who many consider the G.O.A.T. Sugar Ray Robinson in the amateurs in Norwich Conn. Pep fought that fight at 105 ( Flyweight ) while Sugar, who fought under the name Ray Roberts weighed in at 147 ( Welterweight ) it was his only amateur loss againt a fighter who is considered to be the best ever, and he was outweighed by atleast 42 pounds against the great Sugar Ray Robinson!

I think Peps resume speaks for itself! Do you think Manny would have been able to beat a prime Pep at Featherweight? I realise Floyd only fought at feather in the amateurs but wut if he and Pep fought at Super Feather, would Floyd beat Pep cuz he's naturally bigger or would Pep be too fast for him?

We're not talking about Amateurs though. If we were, Kid Chocolate would pretty much be the GOAT there.

        100 fights
        100 wins
        86 ko's

Willie Pep embarrases Manny Pacqiauo at 126.

            Floyd never fought there.

Willie Pep is unquestionablly higher than both of them in terms of greatness by a wide margin.

IMO Willie Pep is the greatest featherweight of all time.

BTW I think pep might have had the best footwork of all time.
