I really like Rios, Acosta is a legitimate test, should be a good fight. If he carries the extra weight well he will be a threat, hes certainly more talented than Maidana and maybe hits harder

Arum said that the first time.

Soto-Rios should be happening next. But, Soto after the Antillon fight had other ideas. Who's to say he won't avoid Rios again?

what other ideas? i heard his interview and the only thing he didn't agree with arum is fighting so quickly, arum wanted the rematch done in february, after their tough battle i don't blame him, thats only three months from their first battle, his body needs time to rest and then train, that was a tough fight and i don't blame him for telling arum he would be ready in march, thats the only thing he said. and even march seems quick to me,april would have been better, but arum did say he would match the winner with winner of antillon/rios,,hope it does happen, those are good fights

Rios would have fought him in April. But, Soto wanted to fight a unnecessary rematch against a guy he clearly beat in Antillon.

Yes, Arum said that but he also said that before. And, Soto had other ideas apparently. It is what it is.

We'll see if Soto man up. If Rios beats Acosta, and it's big IF, and Soto decides to avoid him again and fights the winner of Demarco-Sanchez, who will be the #1 contender for his belt mind you, then I can see Rios fighting the winner of Vazquez-Leonardo Z.

However, this all depends if Rios can get by Acosta. Which will not be easy at all.

Rio's is an average at best fighter and to even think that he could enter a ring with Kahn is hysterical. Acosta will OWN Rio's so Garcia better get busy.

Imagine a fight between Maidana and Rios. It'd be an absolute war.

                    Bombs away!!!!!!!!!

Acosta rios is a good fight, but I agree with the soto won't fight rios crowd. If rios beats acosta he'll beat the soto antillon winner should that go off. Would love to see him in the mix at 140
