    Oh yea, even if you put the best fight in there and gave them 6 months and they promoted the **** out of it I don't know if they sell out.

    Now just think the dude that bought it paid $400 grand for it. I don't know how he can make money with it but hey if you can get a venue that hosted a Super Bowl, the World Cup, the biggest Wrestlemania why not give it a try.

        I read something about the site fee in comparison to other spots they were looking at was really low.

          They paid $600 grand i think that is pretty good for a non casino site, although there are casino's in Detroit so maybe they kicked in some loot (although not a lot since the fight would be over a half hour from Detroit).

                    Like in the Yankee Stadium. It holds about 50,000 people but for the Cotto-Foreman fight they cornered it way down to, I forgot how many. Probably 10k or less, around there.
