Here is a question. Why would HBO offer more for Ortiz vs Berto. Neither one of them is any kind of draw, Ortiz has 2 losses and 2 draws, or something along those lines, and Berto has 2 decent names on his resume. Bradley and Alexander are top 3 in their respected division, a hotter division, undefeated, and three possibly four belts(if The Ring steps in) will be on the line. Why would HBO offer as much money for this as it would Bradley vs Alexander?

Hahaha this fight is a joke. We have Andre(The cherry picker) Berto and in the other corner we have Victor(no heart) Ortiz. Who do you pick guys? No wonder HBO wants to lowball them. These 2 fighters should be paying us to watch them. Just my opinion

HBO is going to pay 2.7mil for Bradley-Alexander? WTF?
Are they going to have a televised undercard fight? I know Kendall Holt, Julio Diaz, and a fight between prospects Coleman-Parris is on the undercard but I haven't heard if any of those fights will be televised.
For that amount of money they should televise Coleman-Parris.
If HBO is paying 2.7mil with no undercard just Bradley-Alexander televise than they're dumber than I thought. I hope they have another televised fight.
And, I don't know what the lowball offer is. But, if it's around million and they're still saying it is a lowball offer than go take that fight to Showtime or ESPN and see how much they will get. If I was HBO I wouldn't pay over a million. Maybe 1.5mil depending on the undercard.

Well its clearly Berto's toughest bout since Collazo and i think judging by the size of Vic these days he does need to move up but my money is on Andre Berto and by Stoppage of some sort.
Berto is a really good fighter despite what people around here say. BUT he is a mega biitch for fighting bums and guys from a division below when theres plenty of big fights in his own division
He should really be fighting Cintron but this is still a good fight

But, from what I have gathered Bradley-Berto is a world championship boxing fight. Which at times have only televised just one fight with no undercard. Example Cotto-Foreman last year.
Hope I'm wrong though. It would be nice if they had an undercard. Especially if the undercard is Coleman-Parris.
But, still think they somewhat overpaid.
