About time, get Cintron-Berto made. No more bums or Junior Welters for Andrea.

HBO should hold steady with the low ball, Berto ain't worth nowhere near the $1m paydays he's been getting for fighting guys with no shot.

dibella is like the boxing version of the madd rapper

            he's always pissed at something

really what did he expect the fights HBO will put money up for this year will obviously be Bradley v Alexander and Dawson v Pascal II

Berto got paid way too much to fight that bum Hernandez and he turned down fighting Mosley the second time over money

he needs to understand that the big payoff comes once you have beaten a fighter like Mosley not before

no one goes to see Berto fight either so it's not like he's got that going for him either

i miss the days of Gatti being on HBO regular thats all i have to say

This fight is not so bad. I can see that their trying to put two
guys with a lil recognition together and generate interest but
I think if Berto was fighting top guys already in his weight class
then HBO would have been down to make this fight happen.
Problem with the new generation of boxers is that they think
they can be Mayweather Jr and Pacquiao. No patience or
dedication to get to that point. People are losing interest
because fighters are not fighting due to their egos, sprinkled
with a lil greed. I think they forgot that before all the fighters
in the past became great, they first had to prove themselves.
If more fighters were fighting each other, then the sport would
be more interesting and competitive. That's just my opinion
                though.

Exactley, thats why the tournament's are a very innovative idea in boxings hottest divisions. But theyve gotta have the best in division in, but the top guys dont wanna sign a 3/4 fight deal that lasts 2 years

                      that is just ****ing UNBELIEVABLE!!!

..All these guys are a lot skilled and better than Pac, specially Tim and Devon. although both are new, are black americans and shouldn't be underpaid. I understand why Berto and Ortiz are being "lowballed". These two guys doesn't have a lion heart and are pretty much unpopular. Now, why in the world, Pac and Floyd makes so much money, Pac in particular, is not even from this country and cherry picked his washed-up opponents but is so popular to Americans..why?
and why did Nike signed-up this midget, when they could have used Tim and paid less money, he's also unbeaten! Why???????
