    ****why run at 5:30 in the morning??****

    ive always wondered why do most fighter start running so early,, how would it matter if they did their running later on in the day as long as all there exercises are performed?

    i think it's so they can rest/sleep again before other workouts

          That's only part of it.

          It's also very much a mental thing. Forcing yourself to get up at 5:30am to run when your body is saying **** that. You'd be surprised how the impacts your mental determination come fight time.

              I think it was pretty well known that Tyson (after Cus died) skipped the majority of his running sessions.

              Tysons tree trunk legs came from genetics...just like of his power when he's knocking out grown men at 13 years old.

                    Discipline is probably a big part of it too, and generally its a good way to start the day even if you're not an athlete.
