Holyfield needs to stop. He says that it was his time. Well, that time has passed. Now, let the younger guys fight people that actually matter.
Yes, he was robbed against Nikolay Valuev, but that happens. Lewis was robbed against Holyfield. If you don't get the rematch, then you move on. IF YOU'RE YOUNG. If you're making Bret Favre look young in compariso, however, it's time to step down.
No one wants to see Holyfield agaisnt either Klitschko or David Haye.

Holyfield might have teh work ethic to make a close fight with a Solis, an Arreola, maybe even a Sam Peter or something. He's right, his body is younger and in better shape than most of these guys. Im not saying he'd blow them out of the water, but even at his age, hes not that much inferior to them, plus he has more experience, knowledge and technique. So for one fight, Holyfield vs. Arreola...I think Arreola would win, but a close 115-113 type deal where holyfield fans say he was robbed. No contender will fight him because its a high risk, low reward fight. Win, and you beat a 50 year old who has put together a bad record over the last decade, lose and you're done.
That being said, here is where Holyfield is wrong. He trains, he has knowledge etc...but the Klitschko's and Haye are doing the exact same thing he is doing. Just look at their bodies. They are working out every day, they are eating right, and the Klitschko's have their doctorate in this stuff. So they are doing what hes doing, but are younger and healthier. They are sharper since they can be more active and spar more, they are in better shape since they still have testosterone levels...they are sooo much better that no amount of training would matter for Haye.

i would tell Vander to fight David Tua rematch James Toney and then fight Antonio Tarver if he needs the money this would be the best matchups and he could possibly win all.If he wins then let him have a shot at Vitali who will be about 40 by then.
The fact is that Vander did beat Valuev clearly. I think I gave Valuev 3 rounds and that was being generous so Vander deserves some paydays if thats what he wants. He has put the work in.
