    • The place will be packed no matter what.

We have to remember that Don King has stopped being a real promoter a very long time ago.

Darchy vs. Agbeko had 11k+ in attendance when the paid tickets was 757. The only person who really knows how many tickets Alexander sells in St Louis is King and the athletic commission. I wouldn't be surprised if he papers the **** out of those shows too.

Lets not forget that Shaw is a worthless promoter, he can't even sell out Bradley in a 2k arena in his home town. That area has a lot of boxing fans and a lot of affluent people but Shaw is a **** promoter who only collects his welfare checks from the networks and his site fee's from casinos and stadium owners who are too dumb to know any better..

LOL true, if they paper the house that would be good for the venue that paid the site fee since at least they could make some back on concession parking and what not.

I am fairly sure all the ads I have seen locally are from the Silverdome people, which it is good to have help from the local team but the promoters should at least try and help a bit, but if they have no risk of loss there is really little incentive.

Venues really need to make sure their interests are in alignment with the promoters and they are not just giving out free lunches.

Funny that the Darchy vs. Agbeko was King and Shaw as the promoters also.

If these promoters had any type of common sense they would have taken this fight to Canada and put Lemieux on the under card. I remember that Bradley vs. Holt was in Canada and the crowd was pretty decent, the sad thing is a lot of fans left the arena after the Andrade fight but still the crowd wasn't bad.

              I remember that.

The sad thing is King can actually promote in Detroit and get it done but I can forgive him for phoning it in on this one.

              • Does anyone know where to find tickets for this? I checked ticketmaster, stubhub, and just typed in buy ticket to bradley alexander and all that came up was how the sales suck. I figured I live in MN and this would be a fun road trip and could actually afford good seats to a great fight but couldn't find anywhere where I could get tix. Maybe this is why sales suck.

                    • Also it's kinda hard getting my girlfriend to agree to going to Pontiac Michigan of all places for a boxing match. I don't think it exactly has world-class shopping up there. That would be like her asking me to go to some **** city 5 hours away for a cooking class. Helllll No
