Two, he is right about one thing though for sure, if this was in st. louis this would be a sell out, it would be closer to 20,000 tickets sold.

Three, WHY IS THIS FIGHT IN DETROIT?!? Neither fighter is from the detroit, neither fighter has any ties to Detroit, and quite frankly, the sad truth is boxing is pretty dead in detroit right now.

Ok, so I understand that team bradley wouldn't want to give the home field advantage to alexander on a fight of this magnitude, but seriously, there are literally dozens, if not hundreds of locations better than detroit!

Why aint this in Las Vegas?

They should've just fought in St Louis where Devons a draw.

Bradleys "fans" can fit inside a phonebooth.

But expect some shady scorecards in Detroit, Gary Shaw has that place in his pocket.

they should have just had this fight at a small venue, sold the tickets for higher and have a sell out. It looks way better on tv to have a sell out crowd, even if a smaller crowd, then have a huge EMPTY VENUE!

I gaurentee this fight would have been a sell out in many small town venues even here in tacoma washington it would have been jam packed and electric.

Now it's going to look empty as fuuck and people tuning in on HBO are going to be like "who are these guys that no one cares about?"

                it looks bad.

I'm telling you boxing promoters need to take fights like this to smaller venues that will sell out. Not only is it good for TV it's good for the small towns gets people into boxing it gets the sport away from vegas and the big cities and spreads it further across the country.

That would make more sense. I wanna' go, but going to Pontiac these days isn't exactly a walk in the park. I'm not worried, but there's usually about three shootings a week there. Could be part of the reason why nobody wants to go. Heck, the Silverdome was recently sold for $800,000. That's how bad things are there.
