no one know for sure unless they are an insider on the negotiations, but i can take an educated guess and say that sky, hbo, trl and all the other networks involved would want more than 60 days to promote this well enough in order to maximise revenue.

So Haye is keeping it a secret that Sky can't do the timescale, by using using his mandatory or Chisora as an excuse?
He already openly said Sky couldn't do April because of other commitments.

taking on the chisora fight after agreeing everything on the haye fight was just a piss take. there was no need and it needlessly jeopardised the fight they had already agreed on.

i can see where haye was coming from completely there. i don't see the point in fighting chisora so close to the haye fight. why does he need this tune up if fighting haye isn't even hard for him?

Chisora was signed when Sky confirmed they couldn't do the April date
Maybe Wlad wanted to keep up his end of the deal with his German broadcaster, giving them an April fight maybe
