i've read your thread, and you are one of the people that competely misunderstands the point here - it's about business and promotion. most fans don't understand this.

you cannot compare mohammed ali fighting reguarly in the 70's with haye and klitschko fighting today.

it's not that they can't physically do it - it's the way all the tv networks and promotion works these days - that is what has changed boxing over theyears.

haye v klitschko would be the biggest heavyweight ppv globally, in the US, Europe, wherever, since tyson v lewis.

networks like sky would want more than 60 days to promote this fight effectively. please try and grasp this concept.

it has nothing to do with 'sugar ray robinson fought 20 times in six months' in the 50's, why can't klitschko fight twice in four months?' that argument is completely, totally redundant. if you don't understand that, you really don't understand how boxing works. it's about business.

Hell, they had way more then sixty days to promote the fight. That is until Haye pulled the plug on it. You are also making it sound as if just because Wlad wants to fight in April the whole world would come to a stand still. I mean what kind of promotional circus do you think they going to do? What are they going to do a concert tour across Europe and the USA? And the way I see it this is going to end up being the most promoted fight in the history of the sport that never happened. In closing I also believe that your statements are nothing more then an eloquent way of making even more excuses for Haye.

Wlad is full of it here. He pulled his fake injury in December to get out of the Chrisora fight, proven by his Xmas golf, something guys with abdominal injuries wouldn't be playing.

Wlad lied and said there were no dates available for April or May, so Haye had to fight him in July. THEN after that lie, he signed to fight Chrisora for April 30th. Why not just fight Haye April 30th? This fight needs more hype? Quit lying. Wlad wants Haye to go into the fight without any tune ups and with as much vulnerability and as many strikes against him as possible. The fight being in Germany isn't enough for him? Wlad's still getting more money for the fight since it's in Germany since he'll have more sponsorship opps there. He'll obviously have the crowd on his side, likely the ref and judges, too. Not to mention the size advantage. Haye has a weak chin and fights in spurts. What the hell is Wlad waiting on?

Well, what do we expect? He was too chicken **** to stop Ibragimov and had to wait to the 12th to finally muster up the courage to finish off the feather-fisted Eddie Chambers, whom he could've had out of there in 3-4 if he had any balls. Chisora has clearly stated himself that Klitschko provided medical records to his team and that the injury was legit.

That is why you did not hear Chisora say anything bad about Klitschko at any point after the pull out.
