Negotiations don't have to be in a hostile environment. If you're really interested to fight someone just for sake of the sport you love, you can do it in a friendly environment. Floyd and company made it in a confrontational, hostile manner. If you accuse your opponent of cheating without proof, what do you think the result would be? Even then you still want to make things right diplomatically.
