Hop is not completely wrong. Africans were sold as ****** on the West Coast of Africa and the slave traders and purchasers only chose those that looked physically fit and strongest on account that they had to endure a horrific trip via boat in conditions that bred illness and death and only allowed the strongest to survive. You know how many died along the way? Once on American shores they were usually sold or traded again as ****** and the purchasers only wanted the fittest and strongest of both sexes. I've simplified this, but the short of it is that African Americans are somewhat different that blacks that are not from America because of this(I include all the Americas). There are many books that discuss this.

The reason Blacks fair so low intellectually around the world, and they do, has more to do with socioeconomics and the lack of resources. It's not genetic and to suggest so is ignorance. Besides, round intellectual white men have done nothing good for the world. Pick your poison.
