I want it to see the Prescott rematch 2 years ago. Now not so much, Khan is on his way up, Prescott is in journeyman level. 2 years ago it would have been ideal. Plus we already saw Khan against a hard hitter. Rematch does nothing for me.
And, just cuz' Khan says Peterson is pricing himself out doesn't really mean that Peter is pricing himself out. It could mean Khan is just low balling him or it could mean that Khan doesn't know what he is talking about at all.
And, there is nothing wrong with a Peterson fight. Peterson is a solid top 10 fighter in the division. And, it is a very good stay busy fight. And, it can help him get ready for the likes of Bradley.
But, if a Peterson fight can't be made then just make an Urango fight if people want to see him against a hard hitter of a Maidana rematch.
That should be his only options for April Maidana II, Peterson, Urango.Comment

He doesn't need to fight 3 a year, fighting twice a year is fine when you are fighting the elites in the division. A fight with the winner of the Alexander-Bradley fight makes the most sense. We would have clear cut #1 guy in the division, something the division needs with the talent that it has.Comment

If you read my posts you will see I don't criticise him much. I am a fan of him but not a fan of the way he is promoted. The facts are his promotion team did say Maidana and Malignaggi were asking for too much money and it is the same story again and it is boring.
Oh I forgot to add Team Amir also said Katsidis was asking too much money.Last edited by Prince Mongo; 01-12-2011, 12:42 PM.Comment
