Hmm...interesting tune up and choice of opponents. It would be a good opportunity to shake off the ring rust, get his mind back on boxing and erase the accusation of him ducking Spadafora at 135. Doesn't do anything for Floyd's legacy though at all.

He'd be a good tune up. I don't know who he is, nor do I care. However maybe they're planning to do another tune up kind of PPV. Where Manny and Floyd both fight tune ups leading up to the big super fight. I wouldn't doubt they do that. They did it with DLH - Hopkins and it did pretty good numbers.

It's sad, what could have been of Spadafora. Dude is still undefeated even now that he's past prime. Imagine prime Mayweather vs prime Spadafora at 130-135?

Now this fight doesn't interest me, unless it's just a tune up. They can sell the fight as a battle of undefeated fighters but everyone knows Spadafora is more past it than Mayweather although they're around the same age.

He had a lot of hype at one point. He's been in the ring with some decent journeyman. Many people accused Floyd of ducking him back when both fought at 135. I think even in his prime Floyd would have beaten the crap out of him and he'll do it even worse now though.

If Floyd goes back to fighting solid opposition after a tune up then I'm completely fine with this. But if he keeps up that chicken running s**t then f**k him.

That's why he took a tune up against Marquez and then signed to fight Mosley?

And of course you don't know who Spadafora is when you started watching boxing in 2009.
